If you wish to sell your house stress-free, I would strongly recommend you enlist the services of Cheryl Eagleson of First Team Real Estate. I have worked with her twice and on both occasions there was minimal effort on my part.
I’d been thinking of selling my house but thought the market was too bad. Finally I reached out to Cheryl who is on top of the market situation. She ensured me that the market was improving and it would be OK. She gave me great ideas, had solutions for all my worries, and basically took the hassle out of it.
