Wow, wow, and wowie!!!!! I am totally stunned by what was delivered to my house today by the coolest realtor in town! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Not only am I totally shocked and excited so are the girls. McGarry's is truly our favorite restaurant! We are so excited to go and enjoy a fabulous meal there. Amazing, simply amazing!
I love the gift basket and was checking out all the yummy things when I saw the envelope. As I screamed OMG, the girls came running. What a cool surprise for us all. Oh, and now I just found the address labels!!!! This is remarkable. You have really out done yourself!

First of all----THANK YOU SO MUCH for giving us Cheryl Eagleson's name! We made a VERY quick trip out last weekend, and she helped us find the PERFECT condo for the kids!!!! It is in Aliso Viejo in a VERY NICE gated complex. The surrounding area is so nice too, close to everything!!!! I feel they will be very safe there, but we could never have found it without the help of Cheryl! She is also taking care of some things that we are unable to, with us being so far away. We ALL MUST go to dinner when we come out!!!! She is terrific.

I'm not sure how to express our gratitude for all you have done with regard to our home. Every time I hear of another detail you arranged or handled, it reminds me how lucky we were to find you. Through your help and efforts I can honestly say I am living in the house of my dreams where I will raise my children and make my life of memories. I am forever greatful to you. There are not enough "Thank you's" in the world to express how much I appreciate what you did for me. The extra hand holding, responding to my zillion of e-mails and giving me hope when things looked down. And for thinking outside the "box" on how we can make the deal happen. You are so wonderful and I will truly think of you everytime I look around and say "WOW I can't believe I live here now".

I’d been thinking of selling my house but thought the market was too bad. Finally I reached out to Cheryl who is on top of the market situation.
